Nvidia’s Nemotron 3.5 Super VL is a 120 billion‑parameter open multimodal Mixture‑of‑Experts model that activates only 12 billion parameters per token. It combines hybrid Mamba‑2, MoE, attention layers and a RADIO vision encoder, enabling a 1 M‑token context. Inputs can be text, image, document or video; output is pure text. Benchmarks: 63.44 % on Hermes, 87.05 % on LangChain agent, 80.8 % on CharXiv. The model was trained on ~26 trillion tokens and released with BF16 and NVFP4 checkpoints. It runs on NVIDIA GPUs (B200/GB200, B300/GB300, H200, H100) and is deployable on Amazon EKS, Amazon EKS Auto Mode and SageMaker HyperPod EKS via NVIDIA Dynamo and vLLM.
