Bitquery tracked a crypto whale that withdraws ~US$290 million of USDC nightly from Aave and Sky since 30 Sep 2025. Most of the withdrawals (~US$134 m) are from Aave, occurring around midnight UTC and returning ~half an hour later, temporarily draining liquidity. The transfers caused Aave’s utilization to hit 100 % on six nights and pushed median annualized USDC borrowing rates from 4.5 % to 13.8 %. Bitquery has not identified the wallet cluster’s owners. In past analyses, Bitquery identified 423 creator‑linked UOTF transfers, 108,871 Raydium swaps, wash‑trading on Solana, fake liquidity pools, and other irregularities across multiple protocols.
